In the current globalised scenario your job is no longer restricted to local conditions. To survive/thrive in this ever-dynamic world, you need good communication skills, relationship skills, negotiation skills, team spirit, analytical thinking, listening skills and so on. A collection of such skills is called soft skills.
The goal of our new series, called JAWS (Job Access With Speed), is to help you enhance your soft skills. Through a series of podcasts (of 5-10 minutes duration), we wish to share with you, a variety of soft skills required to successfully navigate this fast changing World.
This series will be handled by Mr. Anil Atluri, acknowledged expert in this realm. Mr. Anil Atluri is the founder director of The Achievers, specializing in effective speaking workshops, management and professional development seminars. He works from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India. Mr. Atluri has trained thousands of people in the corporate, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
Mr. Anil Atluri’s column, CAREER CORNER, in Andhra Jyothy, the second largest circulated Telugu daily Newspaper, is a popular one in Telugu language. Mr. Atluri also writes another column ‘ePADAM’ that facilitates learning English language speedily.
